SHIPPING + RETURNS
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date (according to the tracking number provided). Merchandise must be unworn, free of damage/stains, and have original tags attached. Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, hats, purses), undergarments (bralettes, bodysuits), swimwear, footwear, and items purchased on sale or with coupon/promotion are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
*Please note that the above Return Policy applies to purchases made online at shopparque.com ONLY. It does NOT apply to purchases made in-store.
We apologize, but items purchased online may NOT be returned for a refund or exchange in-store. Please understand that our online inventory is separate from our in-store inventory. However, if you are a Las Vegas/Henderson resident, you may drop off your return items in-store to avoid return shipping fees. Your return items will then be directed to our returns department for further completion of your return/exchange request.
Please note, we do not process orders and returns on holidays and weekends. Orders/returns will be processed on normal business days (Monday-Friday).
We currently provide domestic shipping (within the US)
only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. During the "Shipping Method" step of the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to select the cost/shipping method that best suits your needs. We currently offer shipping through the following carriers:
- USPS (First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, Priority Express Mail)
- UPS (Ground, Second Day Air, Next Day Air)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your location and the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing. Depending on the shipping carrier you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Orders usually take 4-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Just because you receive an email saying your item was shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it just means the order was processed for shipment. Please keep in mind that all orders have a 1-3 day processing and packing period before shipping transit estimates apply.
- Must be unworn and unwashed and in their original, resale-able condition and packaging
- Must have all original tags and labels still attached
- Must not have any damage, including damage caused by wrongful laundering or noticeable signs of use/wear
- Must not be altered in any way
- Email us at email@example.com as soon as possible with your name and the word "Return" in the subject line.
- In the body of the email include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason(s) why.
- We will respond with an RA# which you will write on the outside of your package (if you will be dropping off your return package in-store, you may show us your RA# on your smart phone).

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a shipping error we have made or a defective product. Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, so we strongly recommend using a traceable method of shipping.
Once we receive your return package and the item(s) meets the return criteria listed above, please allow 7-10 business days (this time period includes the transit time it takes for us to receive your package) for us to process your return. Refunds will be returned back to the original form of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. (Please note: Initial shipping cost will not be included in refund.)
